However, FurnishFrame Return and Refund Policy clearly denotes that returned products and refund issuances are processed only when you communicate with us via email or phone call and are need to be confirmed by us. In case if we do not have the option for happy replacement and if your request is par with our refund norms then only we will reimburse the refund amount excluded from handling/ shipment charges.
Also, the return or refund requests are accepted only up to 30 days from the date of delivery for large truck load furniture, small packaged furniture item or any other item(s) purchased on our website, i.e. www.furnishframe.com. In case of large truck load delivery the grace period to accept the return or refund requests is limited only up to 5 days from the date of delivery of the furniture item or items. We only consider the furniture orders that are more than or equivalent to 100 LBS as Large Truckloads. The authorized return products should reach our warehouse and the product must be in pristine order before the replacement or refund is initialized and the returned product must meet all our norms. The RMA is valid only for 30 days from the date of its creation for non-furniture, small package furniture orders, and 5 days for large truckload orders. Returns of furniture products (both small packaged and large truckload delivery) are subject to 35% restocking fee plus additional outward freight charges.
We request all the customers to keep the packaging as it is like when it received while returning the product for replacement or refund along with the instruction manuals, warranty documents, accessories, and also all the products should be in the original condition as like when they are received. However, we refuse to accept the products that are under Clearance Sale, Limited Edition Goods, or Missing Functionality or Any Missing Part from the Product(s).
We sincerely request our buyers to allow us 15 business days to process either the replacement or refund request.
