Shipping and Cancellation Policy

We ensure to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible and the consumer satisfaction lies in our pride. Apart from the quick delivery, we ensure the product is spotless, new, and perfect packed condition to intact with the shipment and quality guidelines. 

Shipping

The shipment of the orders will generally ship within the span of three to five business days. We make sure that you keep track of all your orders through our updates on the shipment and also get notified if the item ordered is out of stock. An email with shipment confirmation or notification will be sent to you promptly.

Please understand that we ship the orders on weekdays and order shipments are excluded in the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), and also will not move on national holidays as well. To avoid shipment delays and maintain accuracy please provide the exact address along with the right zip codes. As per the times, we are shipping in the US only and soon we are expected to reach out the global customers as well. 

Cancellation

In order to maintain accuracy in delivery speed, we try our best to process your shipment within a day as per our Shipment and Cancellation Policy. Hence you are supposed to cancel the order before its processing, so we recommend you to cancel the order within the hours of its placement. For any kind of your shipment inquiries, you can reach to our customer service. We sincerely regret the inconvenience from our end that made you cancel the orders. Anyhow, we are pleased to replace the products, offer substitutes which are in a good condition to maintain the healthy and stable customer relation with you.  

Packaging

We know the worth you feel after receiving the good quality product(s). Hence we ensure top class measures during the product packing with qualified stuffing material. The well-packed product from our end is believed to reach safely without any damages to the multiple locations. To protect your products we use bubble wraps and other protective material. We choose the trusted carrier services such as Fedex, UPS, USPS in order to ensure safety and prompt delivery of the products.
